Controllers at ECE are navigators, helmsmen. They not only define a company’s economic goals, but are also responsible for realising them. They set plans in motion and analyse processes and structures. They look after our investors and real estate companies professionally, and act as the point of contact to the outside world. They also report directly to the investors and our Executive Board.
Controllers at ECE think analytically. They work independently and have excellent judgement and a sound understanding of the bigger picture. At the same time, they assume the usual responsibilities associated with controlling: analysis, profit planning and management, and budgeting.
These are the characteristics that contribute to a good Controller, along with good business and accounting skills, experience and personality.
