A Good Centre Managers have lots of talents: organising, improvising, activating and motivating – all of these skills are a part of their job. After all, Centre Managers are responsible for shopping centres with up to 250 individual retailers. They have to make sure that everything at the centre runs smoothly: the selection and branch structure has to be right, the advertising measures should be effective, the technology should work, and the tenants should be satisfied.
Of course, routine and boredom are alien concepts to Centre Managers. They live for and love variety, a new challenge every day and constantly coming into contact with new and different people. And a Centre Manager appreciates the demanding responsibility of turning a shopping centre into the main attraction of a city or region.
