Project Developers at ECE are real all-rounders. They have the right nose for new, promising locations for projects such as shopping centres. At the same time, they are also go-getters when it comes to acquiring real estate and checking and initiating building rights. They also put a lot of creative energy into developing and then implementing planning and utilisation concepts.
Skilled in acquisition and negotiating, dynamic, able to work in a team, and socially skilled – these are all characteristics that a good Project Developer should already possess.
As mentioned above, as a Project Developer at ECE, you are a real all-rounder. We will support you in your work – right from the beginning. After a training phase, in which you get to know companies and industries, you will quickly take on responsibility in an interdisciplinary team. From the beginning, you’ll be the connecting link to the Executive Board.
